Washington - Last weekend, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama voiced his support for NASA and space exploration.  Republican presidential candidate John McCain has stated though that Obama flipped his stance, and was not always a supporter.

Barack Obama announced in Florida that wants the U.S. to be the international leader in space exploration.

He also announced additional funding for NASA, and the push for astronauts to get back on the Moon by 2020, and then get to Mars.

John McCain stated that Obama did not always believe this, and has flipped his stance to go with the popular choice.

Obama once stated, according to McCain, that he would cut NASA funding.

McCain has stated he is in full support of NASA.
