Boston – According to reports, many believe that Republican presidential candidate John McCain will name Mitt Romney as his choice for vice president this week.

Reports have come out stating that this week could be the week that McCain makes the big announcement.

Sources close to the McCain camp have stated that the announcement may come to try and take media attention away from Obama’s trip overseas.

The most likely candidate to be the vice president under McCain would be Mitt Romney, whom lost to McCain in the primary.

It was also reported that top presidential adviser Karl Rove was in great support of Romney.

Either way, Romney is expected to be campaigning for McCain very soon.
