New York – Thomas Beatie — the pregnant man –  has finally given birth to a healthy baby girl, according to media reports Thursday.

“She’s really cute, really pretty,” a source told ABC News Thursday.

Thomas Beatie was born a woman but became a transgender male.  He is legally married to his wife Nancy.

According to the story, Mr. Beatie was born a woman but decided to become a transgender male and legally changed his sex to male. He had his breasts surgically removed and started bi-monthly testosterone injections, but kept his vagina.

“I am so lucky to have such a loving, supportive wife. I will be my daughter’s father, and Nancy will be her mother. We will be a family,” he said this March.
