					<description>This ruling has decent logic behind it, but in the end, I find it to be unjustified. I think it is healthy to keep schools in line with the make-up of the city they are located in and the US at large. It is important that students be introduced to individuals of all backgrounds and colors, it is healthy and an important element in schooling.</description>

					<description>Way to go judge Roberts.  I 100% agree that the only way to erase a line between black and white is to stop focusing on race.  We are all just people; race should not matter and should not be used to rank and file us.</description>
