Bing, a Google Slayer?

The new search engine Bing is a force to be reckoned with. Not only is Google scared; they are starting to invest money into combating the Bing revolution. Bing clearly used Google as a template and then up graded.
Google’s founder Sergey Brin launched a study campaign to analyze Bing’s potential damage to Googles profit line, and figure out how to fix it. It is uncharacteristic for Google to give any competitor this much attention.
Sergey Brin has also ordered urgent upgrades to Google services trying to keep up with Bing. There have been a lot of new search engines over the past years. However, Bing seams to be the biggest threat that Google has seen.
Since Bings break out on May 28th Microsoft’s shear has increased to 11.1 and the amount of people using Bing rose from thirteen percent to fifteen percent. This jump in numbers show that Bing is having an impact on the Internet community,
Many are switching to Bing because they fell it has faster searches, and a new exciting look. However, to take the spot light from Google Bing still has a long way to go. Searches on the Internet are now synonymous with the name Google, and it is not looking like that will change any time soon.
The good news for Bing is that they are competing with a company that has had the edge on search engine technology for years. Only time will tell if Bing can take down the Google giant.
