New Research By Wired Magazine Says Its Not Apple’s Fault

Washington, D.C.- a new survey study by Wired! Magazine is revealing some surprising information about the rash of 3G Apple iPhone users that are experiencing poor reception.

According to the persistent complaints of over 4,200 new iPhone users, it may well be the fault of the carriers that provide service, rather than the fault of 3G iPhone devices themselves.

The region-to-region results of the complaints point to the reception offered by the Carrier of services, rather than a glitch or failure on the part of Apple and its new iPhone devices.

The lack of reception for the new 3G iPhone appears to be the carriers, and their lack of being able to foresee the level of usage, and the needs of consumers that rushed out to purchase the phones starting at its worldwide release on July 17th.

Consumers have been for the most part pleased, but the complaints, when they exist, appear to be regional, and directly linked with the quality of service that the carrier that provides services.

In Canada, the provider is Rogers Communications, and the sole provider of service in the United States is AT&T, Inc.

The best download speeds appear to be found in Europe, and consistently the amount of complaints appears to be grouped in North America.

At the same time, the quality of service in North America by the two carriers appears to be sporadic, in some places it is very good, while others it is terrible.

In Europe, the level of service, and the signal strength for Apple iPhone users is much more consistent, and this leads to the theory that the fault for poor operations and connectivity in North America is the fault of the service providers, not Apple.
