
Orange Unveils New Prototype Charger At Glastonbury
Glastonbury, CT- The Orange company is bringing to the marketplace a new phone charger that generates power from motion and movement.
Festival goers at this years Glastonbury music Festival can observe the Orange company’s unveiling of a new type of charger for mobile phones that generates electricity by motion and movement.
So you can literally dance your way to a full cell phone charge, according to the manufacturer.
Using motion, magnets in the charger work with internal weights, and they act in unison to create an electrical field that gives off a charge, stored then in the phone battery.
The European Orange Cell Phone Company is a company that is working to bring green and environmentally friendly types of products to the marketplace, and their new “dance energy phone charger,†is a new example of this type of innovation.
They are also featuring a wind and solar powered tent at the annual Glastonbury Music Festival.
Attendees at this year’s music festival can register to use one of these new chargers, and while enjoying the music at the festival they can literally charge their cell phones.
This is being done to help publicize the new product that Orange has created to be “Green†and it is thought to be one of the first uses of this type of technology for a mobile phone device.
