Carrie Prejean ends her case with suing the Miss California USA pageant with nothing coming in her hands.
Both parities ended their suits and agreed to settle their differences amongst each other.

Prejean sued the Pageant in August for discrimination on her religious beliefs and slander. The pageant asked Carrie to stop mentioning God and her controversial beliefs on gay marriage. The officials for the pageant filed the countersuit requesting to be paid $5,200 back that they gave her for her breast implants prior of the Miss USA competition.

During the face off in the settlement negotiations the Miss California USA lawyers brought out their weapon of her little X-Rated film starring her. As the film started rolling Prejean reacted with disgust and denied it was even her. As the camera went to her face she knew she was in trouble and it took her less than 15 seconds to discuss with her lawyer of dropping the $1 million demand.

The Pageant organizer, K2 Productions spokesman, Keith Lewis told the Daily News in a recent interview “We’re so glad to be back in the business of beauty and out of the litigious system that is Carrie Prejean. It’s wonderful to put this behind us.”

Both parties are not receiving any of their money that they were requesting in the suit.

An Explicit End to a Long Year: Carrie Prejean Update

From winning Miss California and coming in second at the Miss America pageant to being stripped of her title and walking away without any money or dignity, it has been a long year for Carrie Prejean.

The beauty queen’s problems started during the interview portion of the Miss America pageant. Prejean admitted that she believed marriage should be between a man and a woman, leading to speculation that her answer cost her the crown. Prejean, however, rallied around her new cause, becoming a speaker on the topic.

Though this turn may have been good for her personally, the Miss California directors were not thrilled about her lack of focus on her title duties. Couple this with reports of racy photos from modeling shots, and Prejean eventually lost her crown.

Lawsuits inevitably followed but there was one more negative turn for Prejean yet to endure: a sex tape. Though not released publicly, the tape is said to be a solo act and especially explicit. Its discovery took the gusto out of Prejean’s lawsuit, and she settled without receiving any compensation. Though some have still stood by Prejean, there is no doubt that this roller coaster of a year has not been her best.

Many celebrities are learning these days that if you don’t want something to show up on the Internet it’s best if you just don’t do it all. Regardless of how personal a photo is or how hard you try to keep a tape from leaking out to the media, the public somehow always manages to get a hold of things best left in the bedroom. Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart are the most recent in a long list of celebrities to discover this truth.

The 12 minute long video of “Grey’s Anatomy” actor Eric Dane, his actress wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche has recently hit cyber-space, giving the public a peak at the very inebriated threesome as they exchange some very interesting pillow talk. For the majority of the video, Dane, Gayheart and Peniche are seen discussing what their porn-star names would be based on their childhood pets, as well as discussing the best way to get plastic rubber ducks to stop quacking. Throughout the duration of the tape, all three participants are naked and obviously under the influence of several substances, not all of them legal. However, this is not the first time that Gayheart has found herself in all her glory splashed across the newspapers; in 2003, Gayheart was photographed naked and holding a crack pipe.

Currently, none of the celebrities’ PR representatives have commented, nor have any of the celebrities seen in the tape come forward to publicly apologize or explain their behavior. However, Dane and Gayheart’s lawyer is reportedly issuing threats against gossip websites such as TMZ, citing that posting the tape was unlawful because it was “personal and private.” But, as recent events have shown us, “personal and private” mean little to the public when it comes to compromising photos.

With the talk of so many sex tapes lately you can now add Grey’s Anatomy’s star Eric Dane to the list. It involved himself his wife Rebecca Gayheart and supposedly Kari Ann Peniche. It has stirred up a lot of media and fan attention everywhere. The Internet is booming with this video. The video shows much of Eric and the females anatomy and has spread through the Internet like a wild fire. Twitter the blogging social networking site helped pass the video along so that more people could see it.

Eric Dane is most known for his role on the TV show Grey’s Anatomy in which he plays Dr. Mark Sloan. He also played bit parts on a variety of other popular TV shows. He has also appeared in numerous Hollywood movies including Open Water 2. He is now also featured in his own soft porn video that hit the Internet and is now a huge craze. His sex tape is 12 minutes long and shows the star naked and discussing possible names for his sex movie. The three speak of what they say is there alter ego names and they eventually come to name themselves after their pets calling themselves Buster, Rambo and Fifi.

Later on in the film appearing to be drunk the three head to the bathroom. The two ladies both naked are seen lounging out in the jacuzzi as Eric Dane takes control as cameraman. Kari Ann Peniche is seen smoking what looks like marijuana. She was crowned Miss teen USA in 2002 but was stripped of her title after posing for playboy. It is not sure how the video came out or how the taping situation came about but social sites and media sites everywhere are buzzing with this new sex tape. Eric Dane had made no comment on racy video so far which has been viewed by so many already all over the Internet.

Every now and then you will see different videos released of various Hollywood couples engaging in questionable activities on video. In most cases these different events involve sex, drugs or both, where it is not uncommon to see the scandalous video released that has the potential to embarrass many different celebrities. Some good examples of this would be the Pamela Anderson / Tommy Lee sex tape or the Paris Hilton sex video. Adding to this illustrious list of video voyeurs is now Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane Kari Anne Peniche.

What happened is a 12 minute sex video was released on Gawker.com, where the two along with Kari Anne Peniche are seen in the video completely nude. Then during the 12 minute video you can hear Rebecca Gayheart saying that she is, “Very high” and needs to lie down. Next you hear a conversation between Gayheart and Peniche where Gayhart says to Peniche, “We need to erase everything before you make your movie.” At which point Peniche says, “We will.” For Peniche, this follows number of high profile incidents involving sex such as: being treated for sex addiction on Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab, where she was asked to leave the after she allegedly swung at a cameraman and was accused of taking another roommate belongings.

What this example shows is the overall image that celebrities try to present to the general public. Where in the case of Gayheart and Dane appearing to be this happy couple yet beneath the surface they are engaging in many different activities that could be consider questionable at best. This can be seen when you look at the video where you heart Gayheart talking about how she is high on drugs and by their association with Peniche. Who needless to say is walking circus act. Clearly neither Dane nor Gayheart used good judgment and the overall effects of this video could potentially damage their careers.

Rumor has it now that she will be on the show Celebrity Rehab sometime this year. Since being stripped of her title she has done some television.

The tape is said to have plenty of female nudity but Dane’s “anatomy” is not shown. It’s stated that they all take turns in front of the camera in different stages of dress, or undress.

In addition, they seem to be enjoying themselves. Also in the tape is footage of Rebecca Gayheart and Kari Ann Peniche taking a bath/Jacuzzi together with Eric taping them.

The women speak of being high and the three of them discuss what they would use as porn names.

The twelve minute video was leaked and put on the internet earlier today. Representatives for Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart say that they will sue anyone who publicizes the tape.

They also stress it’s not TECHNICALLY a sex tape. Okay, it’s a naked tape. The tape is said to feature the threesome just hanging around naked besides the bath/Jacuzzi scene.
