Chelsea Handler Strikes A Pose
Chelsea Handler is somewhat of a rising star. Her blunt comments and in-your-face attitude combined with her show Chelsea Lately have given her an opportunity to peak the interest of the mainstream media. Her show also follows what has become a cult following in The Soup, hosted by Joe McHale, which is on E. That being the case, her timing hasn’t been so bad, either.
On The Jay Leno Show on Wednesday night, Chelsea showed herself off on the front cover of Playboy. Don’t get too excited, though. While she’s wearing a tiny gold bikini and knee-high boots on the cover, once you delve inside the magazine you will see that she is covered by an apron and mini-dress while preparing a Christmas meal.
Chelsea joked with Leno that she trained for the event by giving up alcohol for a day and a half. Leno later asked her to strike a pose for the audience of his show, but she was uncharacteristically shy about the request. What the reason is, nobody knows.
What we do know is that Chelsea Handler knows how to work her way up. There’s a good chance you will be reading more about er soon.
After a long wait, Heidi Montag’s much discussed Playboy issue has hit newsstands. Though the photos were fairly revealing, they stopped short of exposing everything, which is more than can be said of Montag’s interview.
The piece, which accompanies the multi-photo spread, discusses a range of issues, from her plastic surgery experiences to her love life with husband Spencer Pratt. Among other things, Montag waxes poetic about how active her love life is, saying that Pratt gives her orgasms up to thirty times a day. After that revealing fact, Montag also explains how she loves to be hated by other women, suggesting that the hatred is nothing more than jealousy, so she must be doing something right.
Pratt, never to be left out of a media moment, contributed to the piece, raving about how much he loves his life in the spotlight, and even offered readers his phone numbers to prove it.
Montag and Pratt, who star in the reality series “The Hills,” have sought the limelight often since their reality TV debut years ago. This year, their antics included a stint on “I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!” which was fraught with bizarre controversy. Between that and quirky photo ops, the public has not had to look far for the latest from Montag and Pratt while waiting for the Playboy issue to come out.
The issue is now available on newsstands across the country. The sixth season of “The Hills” is set to premiere on September 29.
Gina Carano to be the Next Playmate?
These days, it seems as though every singer, actress, model or celebutante has rumors circulating about whether or not those pictures that have been popping up all over the World Wide Web are actually of the celebrity in question. More often than not, those pictures featuring various celebrities in various states of undress do happen to be the one denying that the pictures were ever taken. Now it seems as though rumors of scantily-clad pictures are extending into the world of MMA, or Mixed Martial Arts. Rumors about fighter Gina Carano posing naked for Playboy magazine have been heating up the Internet recently and causing a great deal of buzz.
Unfortunately for those avidly looking for these photos, the rumor about Carano’s posing is simply that: a rumor. Carano will not be posing for Playboy magazine any time in the near future and, currently, has no plans of ever posing for the magazine. This news is disappointing to those thousands of fans who wanted to see Carano’s knock out body in a different arena than they are used to seeing it in. Carano is well-known for using her well-toned body to take on opponents in the ring and it seems that is the only thing she is intending to use it for at the moment.
However, Carano did recently pose for a spread in Maximum magazine and that magazine is available on shelves now. Hopefully, those photos will be enough to satisfy the curiosity of all those currently searching the Internet for the rumored Playboy magazine pictures.
Heidi Montag reveals herself in the August 14th edition of Playboy, but not in a physical way. Her photos include her in a white bikini covered in mud with the unmistakable Playboy Bunny drawn into the mud, and a few others that reveal her stripped down yet strategically placed to remain modest.
Montag claims to be “very religious” and contemplates not telling her dad about the sexy shoot. Her mother, on the other hand, is very supportive saying that “God gave you that body, you show that cute little thing!”
Another area that Montag had no qualms revealing herself in was the interview. When discussing the sex life with her husband, Spencer, who was also conducting the interview, Montag gave herself bragging rights. “When I met you, I entered a whole new realm of understanding, from fantasy to love,” Montag stated. “Or to experience a day with 20 or 30 orgasms. Before you, sex was just something that happened.” She want on to pity couples whose sex life is not as satisfying as theirs.
Of course, the interview would not have been complete without discussing the new season of “The Hills.” Again, Montag bares all. She admits that Lauren Conrad’s absence is “fine with me,” and that the fact that she is hated by other women simply means that she is doing her job right.
Montag does seem to be doing her job right. Another season of “The Hills,” a Playboy shoot, and a to-die-for sex life is not the life of someone faulting anywhere.
