Roger Federer won his 5th straight U.S. Open title on Monday.
Underdog Andy Murray got past Rafael Nadal in the semis, but Federer was just too much for him to handle in the finals.
Federer managed to beat Murry 6-2, 7-5, 6-2 on Monday.
This was the fifth straight U.S. Open title for Federer and his 13th Grand Slam title overall.
Federer, 27, is now within one major title to tie the career record held by Pete Sampras
