Thailand: Man Murders 11-Month- Old-Daughter On Facebook Live

A man in Thailand uploaded two videos on his Facebook page, which showed him murdering his eleven months old daughter before committing suicide. The clips were accessible for 24 hours before the social network removed them.

According to police, the father took his life after the murder. The corpse of the man had been found next to the baby. “He had paranoia that his wife left him and did not love him,” said the chief investigator.

Police Col. Jirasak Siemsak said officers found the bodies of 20-year-old Wuttisan Wongtalay and the baby in an abandoned hotel in Phuket province after receiving reports of the video.

“He felt neglected by his wife because they had been fighting so he took his 11-month-old daughter to the site of the crime which is the abandoned hotel,” Jirasak said. “Then we found the bodies hanging off the hotel.”
