Toronto – There will no TTC strike monday.

Preliminary details of the three year agreement include a 3% salary increase for each year of the agreement, better life insurance and dental benefits, better compensation for TTC employes injured on the job or because of attacks and the guarantee they will be the highest paid transit workers in the GTA.

Union president Bob Kinnear says the union didn’t get everything they wanted but enough to justify recommending to its 9,000 members to ratify the agreement.
