Toronto – A transport truck carrying tar rolled on westbound 401 past Keele this morning, just before rush hour. The driver was trapped and seriously hurt. Tar spilled on the highway forcing closure of several lanes.It was last wednesday when a truck carrying liquid sugar rolled in almost the same location at about the same time.
