Justin Kuijer arrested in Kenora

The man wanted for the murder of a child arrested in Kenora

 

Justin Kuijer was arrested by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Kenora, in the northwest of the province.

It is information from a citizen that led to his arrest. According to the police, he was inside a vehicle, in a parking lot, and did not resist his arrest.

The 43-year-old man was wanted for the murder of his son’s son, Little Nathan Dumas, in St. Catharines. The child was 7 years old.

The police allege that Justin Kuijer attacked Nathan Dumas on Friday morning, causing injuries that resulted in his death in the hospital the next day.

The man was also wanted for attempted murder following the attack on a bank employee.

The police will take Justin Kuijer back to Niagara in the next few days.
