The mother is currently not being identified by the media, or the police, but she seeks to inquire as to why a taser was used on her son, and to find out if her son was racially profiled.

The 17 year old man was shocked with a taser device after a altercation with police in Canada.

The young man was rushed to the hospital after police stunned him with a taser, and later died at the hospital.

The young man is rumored to be Michael Langan, and the police have not issued any statements as to why they choose to use a taser device on Langan.

Two citizens flagged down a police vehicle on Tuesday at about 4pm central time, and police responded to their complaint concerning a possible theft and knife being used as a weapon.
