An image of a nude, seemingly underage girl was the reason for the censorship on the article. The image is from the band The Scorpions, from Germany, off of their album Virgin Killers.
Users were not able to edit other articles due to the censoring of this particular article according to Wikimedia. The article was put on a blacklist that is managed by the Internet Watch Foundation. The IWF helps law enforcement by blocking a removing child pornography from the online world.

It tells those who are offended that they can set up their browser to block the article specifically. According to history in Wikipedia regarding this article, it has been debated for a while now. The Wikemedia Foundation released a statement saying that they did not think the image was illegal anywhere.
