Washignton – Terror mastermind Osama Bin Laden is slated to launch a new video around the 9/11 anniversary according to an ad posted by al Qaeda’s media production company, As Sahab.

“Soon, God willing, video message by the Lion Sheik Osama bin laden, may God protect him,” the ad read.

IntelCenter, a terrosts watch group, said the new video will likely be released within 72 hours.

Sources say that in the ad picture, Bin Laden looks young and healthy.

“I think it works for [al Qaeda's] benefit that he looks young, he looks healthy,” said Rita Katz, director of SITE (Search for International Terrorist Entities) Intelligence Group.

“The SITE Intelligence Group has learned that a new video message is forthcoming from the head of Al-Qaeda” on the 9/11 anniversary, said the group, which monitors extremist websites and publications.

The Bush administration says that al Qaeda has been gaining strength across serveral regions of the world, including Pakistan and Iraq.

The video will come on the heels of an attack foiled in Germany where the bombing leader was said to have received training in a Pakistani Alqaeda camp.

German sources identify the thwarted attack as the largest terrorist attack planned on German soil.

Bin Laden is still at large nearly 6 years after the 9/11 attacks, which he and his chief lieutenant Ayman Al Zawahiri have repeatedly confessed to.

The State Department is offering $25 million dollars for information that leads to Bin Laden’s capture, Bloomberg reported.
