Boston (EON) – A judge in Trinidad has ordered three men to be extradited to the United States to face charges which involve plotting to blow up the JFK airport in New York.
Three men have been ordered to be extradited as it is believed that all three men are a part of the terrorist cell which planned to blow up the JFK airport in New York. They planned to blow up the jet-fuel tanks as well as the pipeline which goes to the airport in order to cause the explosion.
Thankfully the terrorist plot was never fully carried through. The men did not seem to take the charges very seriously as one man even laughed when he was asked if he was trying to blow up the airport.
The three men have 15 days to appeal their extradition order and it is expected that they will do so. Reports have been stating that they will seek help from Iran to avoid extradition.
The leader of the plot to blow up JFK airport is already in custody in New York.
