Kabul (EON) – The Taliban in Afghanistan have told news agencies that two of the South Korean hostages currently being held out of the 21 remaining are in very bad condition.

A Taliban spokesman Yousuf Ahmadi spoke from a secret location and stated that most of the other 19 hostages are also not in very good condition.

This comes after many deadlines have come and gone now without any real favorable progress on the part of the Taliban. Ahmadi stated once again the line that has been repeated now over and over. The Taliban do not believe that the Afghan government is taking the talks seriously enough, no progress has been made at all.

The demands of the Taliban in Afghanistan have not changed as they are still seeking the release of prisoners whom are being held in Afghanistan.
