The House passed a new resolution on Monday calling for an apology from Japan in regards to Washington (EON) - The House passed a new resolution on Monday calling for an apology from Japan in regards to “comfort women” forced into World War II for sex slavery.

Representative Mike Honda, a Democrat from San Jose, helped by sponsoring the new resolution. Many surviving women from many countries in Asia and Europe have been pushing for this for years now.

This stares Prime Minister Shinzo Abe right in the face as he is already in trouble for losing elections in the parliament upper house on Sunday and losing control of it with his Liberal Democratic Party.

Now it appears that 62 years after Japan surrendered in World War II that they may have to apologize for forcing women into prostitution.
