Baghdad (EON) – The US Ambassador Ryan Crocker took a shot at Iran stating that they waste time and have not been effective and efficient in dealing with Iraq.

Crocker spoke with his Iran counterpart Hasan Kazemi Qomi in a meeting on Tuesday and stated that since their first meeting this year, Iran has not followed through too much stated that they have delayed all that they could to be effective with what needs to be done.

This meeting though was apparently productive as the US, Iran, and Iraq have managed to strike a deal and have stated that a plan is in place to build a security committee. This group is going to try and figure out ways to stop the violence in Iraq, that is their goal. The committee will look at the issues “at an expert or technical level some issues relating to security, be that support for violent militias. al Qaeda or border security.”

This is the biggest amount of progress made since talks began back on May 28th before coming to a halt for 30 days.
