Women that take antidepressant medications can have an impaired sex drive because of the increase of the chemical serotonin in the brain.

Serotonin is thought to slow or prevent orgasms, and by using viagra it appears that some of the negative effects of the anti depression medications can be avoided or reduced.

In a new study being published in the Journal of the American Medical Association reveals that for some reason when Viagra is given to women who are suffering from depressed sexual response due to anti depression medication that it appears that the Viagra offers some relief and assistance with overall sexual response.

In a small study of 98 women, women that were taking anti depression medication were assisted with sexual performance when they took Viagra along with their anti depression medication.

There has been little if any previous positive results regarding women and taking Viagra, and this study will cause more researchers to take another look regarding the effectiveness of Viagra for woman.
