Boston (EON) - The New England Journal of Medicine has an article in it which states that the mercury-based additive thimerosal is safe in vaccines and does not harm.
Dr. Anne Schuchat stated that “These are very reassuring findings.” She is the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Center for Immunizations.
The additive was attempted to be linked to infants’ exposure to the additive and how it negatively impacted IQ levels, language, memory, etc.
Over 1,000 children aged 7 to 10 were looked at in the study with various levels of exposure to thimerosal in infancy.
They found that there was little difference between the kids who had low exposure to the additive thimerosal and those who had high exposure.
This means that in the end all of the thoughts and links can be put to rest as the additive has no negative impact at all on children in any way.
