A bus carrying ten people and the lighting equipment, overturned on a Virginia highway at 8:15 Friday morning. The singer was not on the bus at the time. It is believed the driver of the overturned bus was killed. Reports indicate that nine other people on the bus at the time are being treated for minor injuries.

The highways were slick due to rain the night before. It is unknown at this time what caused the accident, but it appears the bus drifted off the side of the road and overturned. It is still unclear if the driver died before the accident or died as a result of the accident.

Cyrus has not made any public statements at this time, her manager is only saying she was not on the bus involved. It does not appear that Cyrus was on any of the buses at the time of the accident.

In Palm Beach such a saga appeared to be playing out with the marriage of Michael Dippolito to an escort that he met name Dalia.

What happened was Dippolito had ordered an escort named Dailia for an evening. After spending the night together the two began to date seriously and after a brief four month of courtship the couple wed.

Now a surprising turn of events has taken place with this so called fairy tale marriage, Dalia Dippolito was arrested for hiring a hitman to kill her husband. According to police they arrested the woman after they recorded her on video seeking the services of an htiman to kill her husband.

But wait, there’s more.  Dippolito has tried, and failed, three times to hire a hitman to kill her wealthy husband.

While everyone makes mistakes this shows how obsessed society has become with the idea of love. As more people than any other time are single seeking to find their ideal mate. In the case of Michael Dippolito he made this near tragic mistake that almost took his life.

Clearly this is a warning sign that everyone needs to be careful as to who they have romantic relationships with.

Every now and then there are those movies that have a cult following, with people from all walks of life inspired and entertained by the film. One such movie that has been garnering this attention recently is the film Twilight. This is the second screenplay adaption of the novels by Stephanie Meyer and has created a buzz as a die hard fans flock to theaters across the country to see the second part of the series that started with the first movie last year. What happened was the film sets up a love saga that involves Bella Swan, a vampire that she is having a romantic relationship with and her friend. Last year when the film was released it had one the largest opening day weekends of a non summer films ever and has developed a series of loyal fans around the world.

Every now and then there are those films that inspire the imagination while creating a sense of anticipation about what is going to happen next. This is the signature of all great films and is one of the key elements as to why the Twilight opening is so popular. Clearly this film is quickly on its way to becoming an instant classic.

Nick Davies a spokesman for the IAAFD said that the parties are in the process of ending complex negotiations, they are “almost there”. Davies said all questions would not be resolved though during a meeting of IAAF’s ruling council in Monaco, which began on Friday.

“We are not in the position at the moment to confirm 100 per cent, what was announced yesterday by the South Africans,” said Nick Davies in an interview Reuters.

US Senator John Kerry’s daughter, Alexandra, was just busted earlier this morning on suspicion of Driving Under The Influence (DUI).

Kerry, 36, was originally pulled over for a traffic violation, but charged with misdemeanor DUI after she failed a field sobriety test and alcohol screening test, Extra reports.

According to TMZ.com, which first reported the news, the director-producer first refused the tests and was taken to LAPD’s Hollywood station. She was released at 5:25 AM.

California’s legal limit is .08, but Kerry still faces prosecution for unsafely operating a vehicle.

The “Maggie May” singer, faces a lawsuit from Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro, for allegedly failing to pay his legal bills.

Actually he’s paid the majority of his bills. The law firm has represented Stewart on many occasions and have been paid 19 other times.

The firm, a specialist in entertainment law, claims Stewart hasn’t paid for three high-profile cases it conducted in his defense.
