The ripped off pharmacy worker didn’t even want to go to the hospital although she said that the thief punched her in the chest when she actually reached over and took him by the hand. Police arrived to find the elderly worker back at work at which post she stayed at for an additional 6 hours following the theft.

The grandmother of 13 told her story on WPIX television. She said on air, “First he came up with a dollar and he had piece of candy in his hand, so I rang up the, and I opened up the register, and he went to grab the money. So I grabbed his arm to stop him, but he hit me in the chest. I wasn’t scared because I tried to stop him. Hit me good.”

Later, the celebrity grandmother told the New York Post that the thief, “hit me good, it didn’t hurt.”

Not only did the confused grandmother continue to work but she also refused to listen to her manager who asked her to call her son to drive her home.

The grandmother works 35 hours a day and has worked at the pharmacy for 17 years. The amount of money stolen has not yet been determined.

There is a case or two where drunkin behavior has been reported in children. These children licked the sanitizer off of their hands. Could this really happen.

The men that were killed were from different countries. One was from German decent the other was Italian. Of the 14 injuries there is no life threatening but some were serious. One 62 year old woman sustained two broken legs.

The cruise ship was travelling off the coast of Cabo de San Sabastian close to the city of Palafrugell Spain when hit by the large waves. It was on a journey from Barcelona Spain to Italy.

There was passengers from 27 countries on the large cruise ship including three from the United States. The ship held 1350 passengers and a staff that numbered over 500 when the wave hit.

The weather could be the blame of this terrible incident. Winds were clocked at 45 miles per hour in the area where the ship was.

All of the passengers were to be flown home at the expense of the cruise company on Thursday. The next cruise has been cancelled as the ship is being repaired.

The Australian press has been critical of her performances down under stating that it is taking everything in her might to finish shows. It has been said that fans started to walk out at a show in Sydney when her voice started to crack. Tour promoter Andrew McManus has taken the heat from the Australian crowds and press and the only explanation that he has given is that Houston has breathing problems and that it has come from a smoking habit.

Whitney has been nonchalant about the jeers in Australia saying ‘If the good Lord wanted me to sound that way, well that is how it is going to sound…The people in Australia are going to get Whitney Houston, warts and all’. McManus has said that she refuses to take any kind of medications due to her past addictions and that her Christian faith is what is pulling her through the tour.

Love had previously annoyed dance-pop sensation Lady Gaga at the thirtieth annual Brit (British Phonographic Industry) awards on February 16th.

The Brit awards were still on Love’s mind, apparently, when she expressed displeasure at Lily Allen’s securing the exclusive right to wear a Chanel creation at the Brits. This seems to have rankled Love, and she let Allen know it. Allen reportedly suggested that Love **** herself, and Love returned the compliment. She is said to have cracked, “I can see me and Lily Allen are going to have a fistfight tonight.” The punch-up, however, never happened.

It is alleged that Lily Allen had tweeted some negative comments regarding Frances Bean, Love’s daughter by Kurt Cobain. Whether the tweets had to do with Love losing custody of her daughter isn’t known.

Love, crew members reported, tried to make nice with Allen after the awards, but Allen screamed a slur about Love’s mental state. The women’s entourages pulled them apart.

Love, who at forty six, is old enough to be Allen’s mother, and then some, reportedly yelled, “Welcome to the music industry, little girl.”

Tiger Woods wishes the new application released by Apple for the Iphone was around during his wild days. On February 25th, Iphone unveiled the Tiger Text, an application tailored made for cheating spouses. Basically what Tiger Text does is set a time limit to how long a text can remain in a person’s inbox. The good thing is that the message will also disappear from any servers that the text message or email is sent from. Sorry, Tiger!

How the application works is when a person sends a text using the application, the recipient will get a prompt to go and install Tiger Text. The message is on the Tiget Text server and therefore will not save to the other phone. The message will have a time limit from one minute to five days. Once the timer has run out, the message is discarded and not to be heard of again.

Tiger Text goes for $2.50 a month and it also will erase any evidence of phone numbers. The founders of Tiger Text claim that the name was thought of before the Tiger scandal broke and they decided to keep the name. They are also saying that there has been a huge interest from lawyers and corporate heads concerning Tiger Text.

The 46 year old singer seemed to be done in after only two songs on what was her first Australian tour since 1988. Houston went on to sing 6 songs only to then go and take a long 20 minute break while her brother Gary Houston sang in her place.

Many fans took to their Twitter pages and Facebook pages to go on and complain about Houston’s lackluster performance. One fan even went so far as to say Houston could not entertain a “dead rat”. While others felt compassionate for the recovering singer, they still claimed her voice lacked the quality of her golden days.
Several fans felt cheated and went on to say they wished she had done the tour 15 years ago.

Upon hearing all the negativity that was coming from her Australian fans, Whitney Houston was reportedly very “surprised”. Her spokesperson also went on to dispel rumors that Houston was very ill after her concert.

The hospital has started an internal investigation as to what went wrong in the case of Laurie Johnston of Leamington, Ontario. Another patient of the hospital is Janice Laporte. She heard about the incident through publicity, and she came forward and said the same thing happened to her nine years ago. She had her surgery to remove her breast and was told a week after the surgery that she didn’t have cancer. The hospital did not know about the situation with Janice Laporte until she went to the media about it. There were also five more cases involving patients of Dr. Heartwell in which the pathology reports showed errors.

After this news broke, the hospital has been inundated with calls from former patients of the hospital who had Dr. Heartwell as their surgeon. They want to know if the same thing happened to them-whether their breast or breasts were really cancerous. The hospital had set up a hotline for concerned patients to call.

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario are doing research involving the pathologist, Dr. Olive Williams and Dr. Barbara Heartwell. These investigations usually take from 3 to 10 months to complete, but if the findings prove that these doctors were incompetent, a disciplinary hearing would be held to determine their fate.

Both doctors have been suspended from their duties until further notice.

The Foundation claims that hundreds of bears were slaughtered within 60 parks or protected areas of the province over the past 30 years.

A representative of the Foundation, Dr. Faisal Moola, said that people mistakenly believe that with the grizzlies are safe in the parks. He says he is not so and that the bears are no more protected in a park on the roadside.

Foundation and other groups asked the government to ban the hunting of grizzlies, especially in areas as wild as the Great Bear rainforest on the Central Coast.

The government responded by press release, claiming to be devoted to the protection of grizzlies. He recalled that some two million acres are closed to hunting over central and northern coast.

The government also says that hunting is prohibited where populations are threatened grizzlies.

Corporations like Wal-Mart will be giving the new technology a try. Google, Ebay, and Federal Express are already using the fuel cells and have reported they have power 98 percent of the time.
