Vanessa Marcil Giovinazzi Sued for $200,000

Actress Vanessa Marcil Giovinazzi has found herself on the receiving end of a lawsuit. The actress has been sued by ex-boyfriend and co-star Brian Austin Green for $200,000 that Green claims Marcil Giovinazzi borrowed from him in 2000 and never repaid. Late last year, Green claims to have requested repayment of the money that he loaned to his ex, with no success.
Green filed the lawsuit in an LA County court, seeking full repayment of the $200,000 he originally loaned Marcil Giovinazzi, as well as additional money in damages.
Marcil Giovinazzi and Green share one child, 9-year-old son Kassius.
