Christina Fulton is suing actor Nicolas Cage for fraud and breach of contract. Cage’s former accountant, Samuel Levin, is also included in the suit. Fulton is Cage’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his 18 year old son.

Fulton filed the lawsuit against Cage for 13 million dollars. She claims that because of Cage’s negligence to pay taxes, she now owes the IRS 1 million dollars. She has $250,000 in unpaid credit card debt as well. This suit was filed after she was served a 60 day eviction notice by Cage. She has been living with their son in one of Cage’s homes.

Fulton claims Cage promised to give her one of his many houses. The suit also includes mental pain and suffering she has endured by living rent free. Cage’s lawyer calls the lawsuit ludicrous. Cage has been paying Fulton 3 million dollars a year for child support.

Cage had filed suit against Levin in October for 20 million dollars for mismanagement of his finances. Cage now owes the IRS more than 6 million dollars. Cage also claims Levin put him in risky real estate financial situations, and he has lost millions of dollars because of it.
