With the cult like following of “Twilight”, the release of the follow up movie, “New Moon’, is expected to reach blockbuster proportions. While the books which spawned these movies are popular as well, there is nothing like bringing a story to the big screen. “New Moon” is only the second installment of this series, and will likely be a stepping stone to even greater anticipation for the future title “Eclipse”.

The much anticipated “New Moon” trailer was first revealed during the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, and reignited “Twilight” fans all over the globe. Of course, when a movie becomes as popular as “Twilight”, the follow up sometimes lacks something in comparison to the original. It doesn’t seem like that will be the case with this vampire/love story.

While fans are heating up and showing their support for the release of “New Moon”, and it’s actors and actresses, the rumors surrounding the cast have been a hot topic as well.

Robert Pattinson’s romance with co-star Kristen Stewart has been proven to be as much of an illusion as Rob being pregnant. That’s not a typo, there was actually a publication which stated that Pattinson himself was going to give birth. Perhaps they need a lesson in biology.

Taylor Lautner has also been rumored to be dating Taylor Swift. This rumor, however, could have some truth to it, but Lautner remains tight lipped on the subject.

“New Moon” and it’s cast are poised for even more madness in the future. Judging by the trailers which have been released, their popularity will not be fading anytime soon.
