Twilight New Moon Update: Team Jacob or Team Edward?

With just over a month until the release date, Twilight fans are as anxious as ever. With so much hype and gossip, all things point to “Twilight Saga: New Moon” being an even bigger sensation that the much-loved first movie.

After all, by just looking back over the last couple of weeks, it is clear that the Twilight fans have had quite a bit to talk about. Between details on the soundtrack, new footage from the film, and numerous appearances by the three leads, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner, there has been plenty to keep fans going.

Now, as the release of “New Moon” continues to approach, fans are turning their attention to anything they can find: from new movie posters to the latest gossip to interviews with the stars. Just this week, Lautner, who plays Jacob in the series, gave a revealing interview with Vogue magazine, complete with photos that have fans craving more.

This provocative spread, along with clips from the upcoming movie, have rekindled the debate among fans with a fervor: Jacob or Edward? Both boys are love interests for for the series’ heroine, and though Team Edward was going strong after the first movie, Lautner’s buffed up appearance has certainly made a compelling case for Team Jacob.

With a month to go, it is hard to say how the tides will change, but no matter which side of the debate fans land on, they can all agree that November 20 cannot arrive fast enough.
