Los Angeles  – I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here’s Heidi Montag-Pratt was rushed to a Costa Rican hospital this past Saturday. Though the “aren’t they or are they?” melodrama by The Hills star and her husband Spencer Pratt has sickened many this past week, Heidi was the one apparently “convulsively vomiting” and diagnosed with a gastric ulcer.

The illness reportedly stemmed from punishment the couple received for temporarily leaving the show, which saw them “”held … in a dark room for a day and a night with only water, rice and beans.” Sounds like the punishment likely fit the crime.

The newly married couple have not yet confirmed whether they will return to the show at this point though some sources are reported that Heidi’s sister is slated to replace for the remainder of the show.
