A trailer for “Twilight: New Moon” debuted Sunday night with the 2009 MTV Movie Awards. Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner presented the trailer for the sequel to Twilight during the awards show to a packed audience. The reaction from the crowd showed the the thrill for the Stephanie Meyer movies hasn’t died down a bit.Twilight won a total of five awards at the show, including best kiss, best fight, best female performance, best male breakthrough and best film. The first movie grossed a whopping $351 million across the world and almost $150 million more in DVD sales.

“Twilight: New Moon” is scheduled for a November 20, 2009 release, almost a full year since Twilight threw the stars into the spotlight. The sequel continues the story of Bella and Edward, showing Edward’s forced leave and Jacob’s transformation.

Now that the new trailer has hit the web, expect the excitement of Twilight fans to reach a new high. Movie fans have shown they can’t get enough of Twilight, and anything related. Now that the trailer is online you can view it at Youtube.com.
