The new season opens up with Lauren Conrad going out on a date with Major League Baseball player Doug Reinhardt, from the Baltimore Orioles.

Heidi Montag is also working to stay in the spotlight, with the release of her new single, Overdosin.

Season three of The Hills proved to be yet another major success for MTV, and the hope is that season four will be no different.
