Los Angeles – “Heroes” star Hayden Panettiere’s father Alan was arrested early Monday on suspicion of spousal assault, according to E!.
Alan Panettiere, 49, was taken into custody at around 3:00 a.m. in West Hollywood, according to a booking report.
His bail was set a $50,000.
Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore told reporters that the victim was allegedly struck three times with an open hand.
Earlier Sunday before the alleged incident, Hollywood.tv cameras caught Hayden at a charity event at Eva Longoria’s restaurant Beso in West Hollywood.
