Washington – Get ready for kickoff, as Friday Night Lights is gearing up for the highly-anticipated season three.
The show is set to begin shooting in Austin, Texas this August.
The show is set to make its premiere on October 1st on DirecTV, and then will showcase on NBC in February.
This comes after a deal between the show and DirecTV, which will make it an exclusive for a period of time.
All of the cast appear happy and excited to be back and ready for another high-octane season of the hit show.
The show is set to pick up 8 months after the last episode we saw, getting ready for a new football season.
You will also see the senior year of many characters, including Matt, Tyra, Lyla, and Riggins.
