Washington - Rapper DMX is having a rough time, as he has been arrested again at a mall in Phoenix, Arizona.

Washington - Rapper DMX is having a rough time, as he has been arrested again at a mall in Phoenix, Arizona.

DMX was arrested on charges of giving a fake identity when he gave inaccurate information to a hospital.

He did so, according to reports, to avoid paying medical expenses which totaled more than $7,000.

When he received medical treatment earlyer in the year, DMX, real name Earl Simmons, went by the name Troy Jones.

Maricoppa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio stated “He’s back in jail again.  I don’t know why judges keep letting this guy out.  Every time he goes in there, he gets out on bond.”
