Los Angeles – Courtney Cox’s tv show Dirt has been cancelled.

Cox, 43, was at a charity called “A Time for Heroes” for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation when she gave the crowd the scoop that her show had been cancelled by FX.

The show, which is produced by Cox, saw low ratings in it’s first season but was given a second season in new time slot.

But don’t worry, Courtney Cox and her hubby David Arquette are planning more projects.

“We’re developing all kinds of stuff right now,” she said. “We’ll producing more stuff together, for sure.”

Cox is best known for her role on the sitcom “Friends.”
