Washington – New York state’s attorney general is currently running an investigation into the charity run by the boyfriend of Anne Hathaway, Raffaello Follieri

He operates the Follieri Foundation, a charity who works to vaccinate children in Third World countries, among other things.

A spokesman for Andrew Cuomo has not revealed much about the investigation to this point.

It is likely that the investigation revolves around problems with IRS tax disclosure forms, among other things.

There is no word if Hathaway is still involved with the charity.
