The 17-year-old son of wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan was sentenced to eight months in jail Friday after he pleaded no contest to causing a crash that seriously injured his best friend.

Los Angeles Nick Bollea, the son of pro wrestler Hulk Hogan, has been sentenced to 8 months in a Florida jail after he plead no contest to felony reckless driving charges.

As well as jail time, Bollea will also face:

- 5 Years Probation
- 500 Hours of community service
- 3 Years of Drivers License suspension
- No alcohol for 5 years
- DUI school completed within the first year of probation
- Paying court costs.

The charges stem from a car accident last summer which left the 17-year-old’s best friend in critical condition. Bollea was also sentenced to 5 years probation and must serve 500 hours of community service, must not drink any alcohol and will have his licence revoked for 3 years.
