
Los Angeles - Nick Hogan, the son of professional wrestler, Hulk Hogan, is going to jail.
The 17-year-old was sentenced by a judge in Florida on Friday in his tragic car crash case and he will begin serving time immediately.
Hogan plead no contest to reckless driving and this is the price he has to pay:
- 5 Years Probation
- 8 Months in Jail
- 500 Hours of community service
- 3 Years of Drivers License suspension
- No alcohol for 5 years
- DUI school completed within the first year of probation
- Paying court costs.
In August, Hogan’s yellow Toyota Supra careened off a four-lane highway in Clearwater, Fla., and crashed into a 25-ft.-tall palm tree. Hogan sustained minor injuries and was released from the hospital the next day.
His passenger and friend, John Graziano, 22, was critically injured in the crash and remains hospitalized
