The New Canadian leader of soldiers in Afghanistan arrived on Wednesday and stated that the Canadian mission would be a bit different in the months to come, but that Canada would not be going strictly on the defensive.

London – Amy Winehouse was discharged from a London police station late last night after being questioned by officers for over nine hours.

The scandalous singer was released on bail and will return sometime in May.

Winehouse turned herself in yesterday afternoon after a British tabloid released footage of her smoking what appeared to be crack.

This is her second run-in with police in as many weeks. Two weeks ago she recieved a caution after slapping a man during a brief spat.
