London – Mitch Winehouse is speaking out about his daughter entering rehab.

Daddy Winehouse told the BBC that he would like to commit Amy for mental health care, but legally she doesn’t qualify.
Mitch described his daughter as being a “danger to herself” and said that her biggest problem is that she thinks she has no problem.
Early this month, Amy was nominted for a Grammy and is epected to perfrom at the awards show.
