Los Angeles – Former O.C. actress Mischa Barton, was arrested on suspicion of DUI after being pulled over early Thursday morning, reported to MTV News.
According to a police report, Barton was pulled over around 3:00am Thrusday morning.
The 21-year-old actress was also charged with possession of narcotics and driving on a suspended license, according to TMZ.
The actress has since been released on US$10,000 bail from the police station.
Barton who rose to fame staring in the Orange County Drama, The OC, has also appeared in A James Blunt music video for the song Goodbye My Lover.”
