The pop star was scheduled to have deposition taken at K-Fed’s Lawyer’s office yesterday morning but Ms. Spears was a no show.

Kevin Federline’s Lawyer told TMZ.com that Brit Brit was suffering from an undisclosed illness that prevented her from attending the deposition.

Strangely enough, TMZ cameras caught Britney driving around at 2 o’clock in the morning going from gas station to gas station. Oh Britney…
