Boston (EON) – According to reports actress Lindsay Lohan is going to spend time with her father following her stint in rehab as the two are going to have five days of quality time.

The father of Lohan is on his way to Utah and apparently thinks that spending some time with Lindsay is going to help her get away from all of the drugs an alcohol which have plagued her life over the past few years and have ended up placing her in rehab more than a few times already in 2007.

Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s father stated that “I’m looking forward to spending the next week with her. We’ve been in constant phone contact. She’s in a great, great place now. I’ve never heard her so honest, contrite and focused.”

He also stated “Lindsay is weeding out all the bad. She’s taking a step back and re-evaluating her life. It’s beyond words how proud I am of her.”

He will take Lindsay to a remote location which will be undisclosed to the public. This will be a part of her out-patient therapy.

The idea of time with her father came from counselors at the rehab center as they stated Michael Lohan is the best person for Lindsay to stay with due to his positive influence on her life and good decisions.
