Hollywood (EON) – The bodyguard of Britney Spears, Tony Barretto, has come out and stated that he is worried about her two kids.
The former bodyguard has come out to testify against the singer in the custody battle between Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Barretto is going to testify in regards to drug abuse as well as nudity and the evidence is all going to be against Spears.
Gloria Allred, the lawyer for Federline, stated that “Today we came to court with a key and secret witness in the Britney Spears – Kevin Federline custody battle.”
The bodyguard apparently became “concerned abot the children and their safety” after Spears gout out of rehab.
The 28-year-old Baretto wrote in a statement he is prepared to testify in regards to “issues of nudity by Ms. Spears, drug use, and safety issues involving the children.”
It has been rumored that this testimony would be the final straw which would cause Spears to lose her two sons 1-year-old Jayden James and 2-year-old Sean Preston.
