Hollywood (EON) – The lawyer of Britney Spears has quit the case leaving Spears to find a new lawyer to help her in her custody case with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
She is battling ex-husband Kevin Federline for custody of 1-year-old Jayden James and 2-year-old Sean Preston.
Spears’ lawyer Laura Wasser has stated that she will be formally withdrawing as her attorney as of Monday. She has submitted legal papers making it official.
Wasser was not happy with Spears as she did not listen to any advice that was given to her. The new layer for Spears is high-profile attorney Marci Levine.
Federline is planning to bring out a secret witness which is reportedly going to put an end to the case and take custody away from Britney Spears for good.
His lawyer Gloria Allred closed hearings on Monday stating that the kids should be removed from the care of Britney Spears.
