7 month old Valle Hernandez is said to be doing fine after a horrific spin through a washing machine.

Mother, Irazu Hernandez had taken her two children with her to the laundromat. She had only turned her back for a minute when the baby crawled into the washing machine and his 4 year old brother shut the door.

Because the money and soap had already been loaded into the machine, it started up after the door was shut.
When Irazu Hernandez realized what had happened, she ran next door to a restaurant for help.

The owner of the restaurant, Mike Adams tried pulling the door of the machine open, but it took two additional men to get it open. Adams said the baby was purple and his head was busted open.

Another restaurant employee came in and started CPR on baby Hernandez.

The baby was taken to Biloxi Regional Medical Center where he was transferred to the University of South Alabama Children’s and Women’s Hospital in Mobile, Alabama.
