The Resurrection!

It was not the second coming of Christ, but it was indeed a miracle from God. It was not the holy land of Jerusalem but Asuncion Paraguay. They declared the little miracle dead and then put him in a cardboard box. The parents went home with a box with their dead baby, which is supposed to be a temporary casket and a death certificate, to take home. Most of us could never imagine such a horrific experience. The doctor tells you your baby is dead, and then hands you a box with your dead child inside.

The parents identified as Liliana and Jose Alvarenga went home with their dead baby boy in his cardboard box, to arrange for a funeral. Reportedly, when they arrived home the mother opened the box and took the child out and he started to cry and move around. The parents stated they both were very scared.

The baby was returned to the intensive care unit of the state ran hospital in the capital of Asuncion. The child is reportedly in stable condition and an investigation is underway.

The baby arrived 16 weeks premature, and weighed 1.1 pounds. Doctors and staff worked on the child for a hour before declaring him dead. Dr. Ernesto Weber head of pediatrics stated, “Initially, the baby did not move, he practically did not have any respiratory reflexes, nor did we hear a heartbeat and, as a result, we declared a premature fetus of 24 weeks dead.”

Ok it is not the true resurrection, but it is still an amazing story.
