Both Jalapeno And Serrano Peppers Are Unsafe Says The FDA
Mexico- After finally finding a source of the Saint Paul Salmonella virus on some jalapeno peppers in Mexico, there have been positive samples of the bacteria also found on Serrano peppers located at the same Mexican Farm.

They believe that this may be the single root source of much of the Salmonella outbreak that has decimated patients in 46 states, putting over 300 people in the hospital and sickening over 1300 people before it began to slow down.
