Toronto - Toronto Police are investigating a stabbing at a high school in the city’s west-end, according to media reports Thursday.
Humberside Collegiate Institute, near Keele and Bloor, went into lockdown for a short time following the attack, which happened just after 9:30am on Thursday, CFRB News reported.
A male, thought to be 17-years-old, has been taken to hospital with serious, but non life-threatening injuries.
Toronto Police tell CFRB News that one person has been taken into custody.
It’s not yet clear whether the victim or suspect was a student at the school

The actor’s family held a private funeral on Friday in New York.
